Nestled in the scenic Columbia River Gorge, Carson, Washington is a small close knit community which boasts a variety of fun activities to enjoy in this scenic locale. Located near the towns of Stevenson and White Salmon the town of Carson is home to many points of interest including the Wind River Arboretum, the Wind River Inn and seen here in this photo is the Hotel St. Martin at Carson Hot Springs.

Many travelers are drawn the the Carson Hot Springs which were discovered in 1876. The hotel was built in 1901 and the cabins and bathhouse were added in 1923. Follow this link to discover more about the Carson Hot Springs.

To Get to carson from the Portland/Vancouver area follow either I-84 or SR-14 east. If taking I-84 then cross the columbia river at The Bridge of the Gods and continue east on SR-14.
